Dear Sir

This is to confirm that the ACTION COMMITTEE TO GET THE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK from those who stole the money via ‘First Solution’, formed at a public meeting held on Saturday 14 July 2007 at 7-15 Greatorex Street London E1 5NF, is asking you to state as a matter of urgency by return of e-mail what steps your Government has taken to restore the money to the people who have been robbed and deprived of their money via the 'First Solution' outfit and assorted other fronts as used by the perpetrators operating from addresses in London UK.

The Action Committee ….confirm to yourself the programme of action that had been agreed by the Action Committee including the fact that we were taking court actions, both on behalf of individuals who had been robbed and also by way of class actions, to restore the money to the victims and that we would wait until today to hear from yourself about any specific action.

Please confirm what actions you have taken in this regard and what advice you are able to give to this Action Committee on this. By advice we mean in specific terms actual information about actual actions that the current administration in Bangladesh has taken to make the perpetrators restore the money to the people that have been robbed via ‘First Solution’.

We are also planning to support the victims and their friends in making public demands on the Bangladesh High Commission if it is the case that the High Commission is not able t o do whatever is necessary to get the perpetrators [who are in the main known to the Bangladesh High Commission in London ] to return the money to the victims as a matter of immediate urgency.

We wait for your response today Tuesday 17 July 2007
